Our son Russell graduated from Western Washington University June 13th. We drove up to Bellingham, WA to see the event. It was wonderful. We were very proud. He was honored to graduaute magum cum laude.
We are enjoying the spring season. Our garden is all planted and some of the stuff we planted earlier is growing. We have enjoyed bike riding. We got the bikes tuned up and we have had two different 8-9 mile rides. One bike ride we enjoy is along La Camas Lake, a gravel path that is 7 miles round trip and then another 3 miles to our house. We had grilled steaks for dinner today Yummy! We celebrated Mother's Day with a call to our missionary and a visit from our daughter and her family. Don't I have a cute grandson?
I am posting a picture of my brilliant grandson Jared. We "hid" plastic easter eggs for him to find in our backyard last saturday. Hope you enjoy the picture. After the easter egg hunt we walked to the new park near our house. We are excited for springtime. I love spring in the Pacific Northwest. It is so pretty. The flowers are from our back yard.
We're empty nesters living in Vancouver, Wa. Pam is a nurse and Frank is a business analyst. We have 5 children ranging from 29 to 21. We 2 grand children.
